Containers/dumpsters or any other apparatus may not be placed:
(A) Within 50 feet of an intersection;
(B) Within 25 feet of a crosswalk;
(C) Within 15 feet of a fire hydrant;
(D) Within 50 feet of a railroad crossing;
(E) Upon any bridge or elevated structure;
(F) Opposite any street excavation;
(G) In any appropriately marked “no parking zone”;
(H) In any space on public or private property appropriately marked for vehicle for the physically handicapped;
(I) Upon any city sidewalk.
