§ 126.112 DAMAGE TO WIRELESS TELECOMMUNICATIONS FACILITY.

If the structure or attached wireless facility is damaged, the wireless facility operator shall make the equipment safe or clear the equipment from the right-of-way within two hours of notification to the wireless services provider designee.
