The wireless services provider shall be responsible for making adjustments, relocations and/or removal of its facilities within the city rights-of-way due to street construction, reconstruction or maintenance work within 90 calendar days of receipt of written notification as directed by the City Director of Utilities and Engineering or the duly authorized designee. If such facility is not removed or relocated as directed within 90 days of such notice, the city may remove or cause the removal of such facility through whatever actions are provided by law for removal and cost recovery.
