§ 52.042 ELECTRONIC PAYMENT AVAILABILITY AND CHARGES.

The Department of Utilities may provide electronic payment options to users of the system. Users who pay electronically will be required to pay any processing fees for credit or debit card transactions charged by the provider of the electronic payment service.
