(A) Inspection. The Director of Engineering's office shall inspect all public infrastructure construction. Completion of the following phases of construction - subgrade, base, pavement, curb, sidewalk, trenches, sewers, water mains must be approved in writing before commencement of the next construction phase. The developer or its contractor shall provide the Director of Engineering at least two full business days notice before commencing each phase of construction of public infrastructure improvements.
(B) Changes. Proposed changes to approved plans must be submitted to the Director of Engineering for review and approval.
(C) Fees. An inspection fee of $15 per lot shall be paid to the City Treasurer by the subdivider prior to commencement of any street improvement to defray cost to city.
