Where subdivisions adjoin or include a watercourse, an easement shall be established for access and maintenance of such watercourse. The easement width shall be approved by the Department of Utilities and Engineering. No buildings, structures or objects shall be placed within the easement. Drainage easements shall be provided to contain and convey the 100-year frequency flood.
