The licensee agrees that it has adopted and will maintain and enforce a policy of nondiscrimination on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, age, handicap, disability or national origin. Said nondiscrimination policy shall apply to employment practices of the licensee and the provisions of services.
