§ 50.72 FEE PAYABLE TO CITY.

It shall be unlawful for any private hauler operating in the city to either collect, remove, or transport from properties in the city solid waste for disposal without payment of a solid waste license fee of $1,000 per individual, company, corporation, limited liability company or business enterprise.
