§ 129A.07   REVOCATION AND SUSPENSION OF LICENSE.
   Any person’s or firm’s license may be revoked or suspended for a period not to exceed 30 days by the Mayor if the Mayor shall find after a hearing that:
   (A)   The licensee has violated any of the provisions of this chapter, ordinances of the Municipal Code of the City of Quincy, or the laws of the state while engaged in the business of outdoor advertising.
   (B)   The licensee has been convicted of any offense set forth above.
   (C)   The licensee has knowingly furnished false or misleading information or withheld relevant information on any application for a license or in an investigation into any such license. Prior to holding a hearing concerning the question of whether a license issued pursuant to this chapter shall be revoked or suspended, the Mayor shall give at least ten days’ written notice to the licensee setting forth the alleged violations specifically. The licensee may present evidence at such hearing and cross-examine witnesses.
