§ 159.16 ENFORCEMENT.
   It shall be the duly of the Fire Chief or his or her assistants to inspect all apparatus to be installed and the location thereof, and to make or cause to be made periodic inspections of the operation and accessibility of regular and emergency exits in all public places.
