§ 39.37 RECORDS.
   The City Forester shall keep a record of all of the transactions of his or her office and shall make an annual report to the Council concerning the transactions and shall make further reports as may be requested by the Mayor or the City Council. The Forester shall give a bond in the sum of $1,000 for the faithful performance of his or her duties.
