Any contractor, individual or other business who is aggrieved or affected by an order, ruling, decision or interpretation of the City Fire Department or Inspection Department or other enforcing officer in any of the matters relative to the interpretation or enforcement of any provisions of this chapter may appeal the order, ruling, decision or interpretation to the Building Commission established by and in accordance with §§ 40.305 through 40.310, Building Commission.
