The applicant shall at all times conduct the work in a manner as to minimize hazards to vehicles and pedestrian traffic. All signs, barricades or flaggers, required for traffic safety control shall be placed and maintained in accordance with guidelines in the Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices as published by the State Department of Transportation, which regulations are incorporated herein by this reference.
