§ 39.06 LIAISON OFFICER.
   The Director of Administrative Services shall serve as the liaison officer between the city and the state’s emergency services and disaster agency; and he or she shall facilitate the cooperation and protection of the city in the work of disaster prevention, preparedness, response and recovery.
