(A) Generally. Any person, firm or corporation who violates any of the provisions of this chapter shall, in addition to any other relief as the law may afford, be punishable as set forth in § 10.99 of this code.

(B) Discharge of firearms/conduct of paintball facilities. Any person violating § 135.03 shall be subject to a fine of not less than $200 and be assessed any restitution resulting from the prohibited discharge.
