§ 35.22 MODIFICATION OF STANDARD CONTRACT FORMS.
   The Procurement Agent, after consultation with the Town Attorney, may modify or delete existing and add new contractual provisions and clauses to all form contracts for the procurement of supplies, services and construction contracts utilized by the town; provided that, such modification, deletions or additions are supported by a written determination.
