§ 35.03 RESPONSIBILITY OF DIRECTORS, MANAGERS, SUPERVISORS AND EMPLOYEES.
   It is the responsibility of all directors, managers, supervisors and employees to comply with this chapter. Violation of the requirements of this chapter are grounds for discipline, up to and including termination.
