§ 33.24 FUND ESTABLISHED.
   (A)   The Finance Director shall ensure that a fund is established for a Court Enhancement Fund.
   (B)   Fees collected in accordance with this chapter not required by law to be deposited elsewhere shall be placed in the Court Enhancement Fund.
   (C)   The Municipal Court shall administer, through the annual budget process of the town, and may make expenditures from the fund for the purposes of enhancing the Municipal Court. Moneys from this fund shall supplement moneys already provided for the operation of the Municipal Court.
