(A) The preliminary plat shall be accompanied by a drainage report.
(B) The drainage report review fee shall be shown on the fee schedule as determined by the Town Council.
(C) At this time two copies of a drainage report shall be submitted to the Public Works Director showing the proposed recommendations for handling drainage and storm waters and providing protection against floods for both existing and new improvement. A guide for the preparation of the report is available from the La Paz County Design and Construction Manual standards.
