(A) In residential subdivisions four foot minimum sidewalks shall be required with a five foot minimum sidewalk along collector and arterial streets unless otherwise specified within the Quartzsite Pathway and Trails Master Plan.
(B) In commercial subdivisions with parcels of 20,000 square feet or more, six foot minimum sidewalks shall be required.
(C) All sidewalks shall be constructed according to the La Paz County Design Standards specifications or such specifications as may be adopted or amended by the town.
(D) Sidewalks shall be constructed on both sides of all streets within the subdivision and in all open space areas unless otherwise specified within the Quartzsite Pathway and Trails Master Plan.
