(A) A protective fence of an impervious masonry material around the sides and rear property lines of each lot is required before the issuance of a certificate of occupancy.
(B) This fence shall be six feet in height on the rear and sides, except for the distance between the front yard building setback where it shall be optional and no higher than four feet, measured from the lowest grade.
(C) All protective fences shall also comply with the requirements of Sections 4.4.4 and 4.4.5 of the Zoning Ordinance.
(D) Modifications to the requirements of this subsection shall require written request and approval of the Community Development Department.
