§ 154.072 LOT IMPROVEMENTS.
   (A)   Lot arrangement. The lot arrangement shall be such that there will be no foreseeable difficulties, for reasons of topography or other conditions, in securing building permits to build on all lots in compliance with the Zoning Ordinance, and health regulations and in providing driveway access to buildings on such lots from an approved street.
   (B)   Driveways for each corner subdivision lot must be clearly shown on subdivision improvement plans subject to approval of the Public Works Director. Site plans submitted to the Community Development Department must also show the location of proposed and existing driveways and must comply with that shown on the improvement plans. Driveway location and construction must be in accordance with the town adopted standards of construction.
   (C)   Only one driveway with access to a public street, private drive, or alley is allowed per lot in the SR, SR43, and R1 (single-family residential uses) zoning districts.
   (D)   All residential lots shall have frontage into a fully approved, publicly dedicated and accepted right-of-way or private streets that have been approved by the Town Council and meet town street standards.
