The town shall inspect the required improvements during construction and insure their satisfactory completion. If the town inspections reveal that any of the required improvements have not been constructed in accordance with the approved plans and the town standards and specifications, the subdivider shall be responsible for correcting and completing the improvements according to the plans and specifications.
