(A) The preparation, submittal, review, and approval of all subdivision plats located inside the limits of the Town of Quartzsite shall proceed through the following progressive stages.
(1) Stage 1 - Pre-application conference;
(2) Stage 2 - Preliminary plat application;
(3) Stage 2a - Preliminary plat review and recommendation;
(4) Stage 2b - Preliminary plat approval;
(5) Stage 3 - Final plat application;
(6) Stage 3a - Final plat review and recommendation;
(7) Stage 3b - Final plat approval;
(8) Stage 4 - Recordation of plat.
(B) This procedure may be modified by the town based on unique or extraordinary circumstances. The following sections depict the different stages of the process and the necessary actions to be taken with each stage.
