§ 152.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person found guilty of violating any provision of §§ 152.30 to 152.35 shall be guilty of a Class 1 misdemeanor, and upon conviction thereof shall be punishable by a fine not to exceed $2,500 or by imprisonment for a period not to exceed six months, or both such fine and imprisonment.
   (B)   Each day that a violation continues shall be a separate offense punishable as herein described.
