There is hereby established in the town a Municipal Court, which shall have jurisdiction of all violations of this code, and jurisdiction concurrently with the county’s Justice of the Peace Precinct in which the town is located and the Superior Court of the state over violations of civil, civil traffic, petty and misdemeanor offenses as defined by state statutes of which any element thereof is alleged to have been committed within the limits of the town.
