(A) The document entitled “Town of Quartzsite, Arizona Development Procedures Handbook and Town of Quartzsite Zoning Ordinance”, dated August 8, 2023, is hereby adopted as the “Zoning Code of the Town of Quartzsite” and made a part of this section the same as though said code was specifically set forth in full herein.
(B) At least three copies of said code shall be filed in the office of the Town Clerk and kept available for public use and inspection.
