§ 153.32 CRITICAL FACILITIES PLANNING.
   (A)   In an effort to provide for critical facilities planning (CFP), the town has identified the necessity to develop a list of critical facilities that are critical to the flood response if and when the need arises. A critical facility is a structure or site that, if flooded, would result in severe consequences to public health and safety. Providing these identified facilities with preparedness and early warning are essential for public safety during emergency situations.
   (B)   The identified critical facilities are as follows:
      (1)   Town police station;
      (2)   Town fire stations;
      (3)   The town hospital and medical center; and
      (4)   The town water and wastewater treatment and distribution facilities.
