§ 31.44 INDEMNIFICATION NOT DEEMED EXCLUSIVE REMEDY.
   (A)   The indemnification provided by this subchapter shall not be deemed exclusive of any other rights to which those indemnified may be entitled.
   (B)   The indemnification provided by this subchapter shall be supplemental to and excess to any valid and collectible insurance coverage.
