The Town Council shall, by resolution, establish a schedule of fees for the application processing and plan checking and for plan reviews and inspection permits required by this subchapter:
(A) Utility companies serving the general public, including electricity, natural gas, and telephone companies, and telecommunications and video services companies: annual one-time permit fee of $1,000 for blanket encroachment permit covering all work for a 12-month period anywhere in the town;
(B) Single-family residential encroachment permit: fee of $25 for each individual encroachment permit;
(C) Multi-family residential encroachment permit: fee of $40 for each individual encroachment permit;
(D) Commercial and industrial projects: fee of $100 for each individual encroachment permit;
(E) Recreational vehicle and mobile home parks: fee of $50 for each individual encroachment permit; and
(F) Permits issued after work is begun: fee is double the normal permit fee.
