§ 151.01 DEFINITIONS.
   For the purpose of this chapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   ADDRESS. The numbers assigned to a particular lot or parcel of land under the 911 Emergency Response System, which is the public record filed with the Town Clerk entitled “911 Emergency Street Maps”.
   DIRECTOR. The director appointed by the Mayor and Council to be responsible for administration of this system in the town.
   OWNER. The individual, partnership, corporation or other legal entity holding legal title to a lot or parcel in the town.
