§ 116.24 TERM.
   (A)   Any license granted by the town pursuant to this chapter shall commence upon adoption of the license and acceptance of the license by the licensee within 30 days of the grant.
   (B)   The license shall be effective for a period of five years and subject to the conditions and restrictions provided in the instrument and this chapter.
