(A) Non-discrimination. The licensee shall not deny service, access or otherwise discriminate against subscribers, users or residents of the town. The licensee shall comply at all times with all applicable federal, state and town laws, rules and regulations, executive and administrative orders relating to non-discrimination and equal employment opportunities and requirements.
(B) Laws and codes. The licensee shall comply fully with all applicable local, county, state and federal laws, codes, ordinances, rules and regulations.
(C) Cumulative rights and remedies. All rights and remedies of the town in this chapter are cumulative and may be exercised singly or cumulatively at the discretion of the town.
