§ 114.03 SHORT-TERM RENTAL REQUIREMENTS.
   (A)   The owner of a short-term rental shall provide the Town Clerk with contact information for the owner or the owner’s designee who is responsible for responding to complaints in a timely manner in person, over the telephone or by e-mail at any time of day before offering for rent or renting the short-term rental.
   (B)   No short-term rental shall be used for non-residential uses, including for a special event that requires a permit pursuant hereto.
   (C)   No short-term rental shall be used for a retail, restaurant, banquet space or other similar use.
   (D)   Advertisements for short-term rentals shall include a statement that activities violating state law, this chapter or § 130.08 of this code of ordinances are prohibited. Owners of the short-term rentals shall post a copy of this chapter and § 130.08 of this code of ordinances in a conspicuous location inside the short-term rental.
   (E)   Users of short-term rentals shall comply with the requirements of applicable town codes and state law.
