§ 114.02 DEFINITIONS.
   For the purpose of this chapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   SHORT-TERM RENTAL. The same meaning as “vacation rental” and “short-term rental” in A.R.S. § 9-500.39.
   VERIFIED VIOLATION. The same meaning as “verified violation” in A.R.S. § 9-500.39.
