§ 96.28 SALE OF GOODS; CONCESSIONS.
   It is unlawful to sell food, beverages or other items in a town park, recreation facility, or cemetery, and all adjacent sidewalks, except pursuant to a special event permit issued pursuant to § 96.04 of this chapter.
