§ 94.99 PENALTY.

It is unlawful for any owner, tenant, lessee, occupant or other person to fail, neglect or refuse to abate the nuisance as provided in this chapter. The imposition of any sentence shall not exempt the offender from compliance with the requirements of this chapter.
