§ 94.05 EXEMPTION.

Any motor vehicle which is being repaired by or on behalf of the owner thereof, or upon which restorative work is being performed by or on behalf of the owner thereof, shall not be subject to the terms of this chapter. Only vehicles being currently repaired or worked on are exempt.
