(A) If the owner of such abandoned motor vehicle is a member of and on active duty with the Armed Forces of the United States at the time of the notice provided for in this chapter, enforcement of this chapter shall be deferred until after his or her separation from the Armed Services.
(B) If the owner of such abandoned motor vehicle is confined to a hospital or other medical facility at the time of the notice provided for in this chapter, enforcement of this chapter shall be deferred until after his or her discharge from the hospital or other medical facility.
