§ 93.10 VIOLATIONS.

Failure to obtain a permit, or failure to comply with the conditions of a permit, shall be subject to civil and/or criminal penalties in any of the following statutes: A.R.S. §§ 13-1706, 49-502, 49-511, 49-512, 49-513 or 49-514, including, but not exclusive of, application of § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
