§ 93.09 COMPLIANCE.

Any person to whom an open burning permit is issued, must comply with the provisions of this subchapter and the provisions of the burning permit. Any person in violation of this section or the burning permit issued to them shall be guilty of a civil violation punishable as set forth in § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
