§ 92.03 OWNER TO MAINTAIN PREMISES.

The owner or responsible party of any private premises shall at all times maintain the premises free of litter and conditions which are public nuisances; provided that, this section shall not prohibit the storage of excessive clutter and litter in authorized private receptacles for collection.
