§ 91.01 COUNTY HEALTH PERMIT REQUIRED.

It is unlawful for any person to carry on any trade, calling, profession, occupation or business, specified in this chapter and Ch. 92 and Ch. 93 of this code of ordinances, which is required to obtain a county health permit to conduct business without first having obtained said permit.
