Civil infractions shall be enforced by sanctions of at least $250 and not to exceed $2,500, plus any charge for service of process. Each violation shall be deemed a separate offense. In addition to any fine, the town may seek criminal restitution or civil damages for the cost of repairs to any damaged roadway or bridge and reasonable attorney fees and costs.
