§ 70.02 OBEDIENCE TO TRAFFIC REGULATIONS.

It is unlawful, except as otherwise provided in this code, for any person to do any act forbidden or fail to perform any act required by this traffic code or willfully fail or refuse to comply with any lawful order or direction of a police officer or of any Fire Department official.
