§ 50.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
   (B)   (1)   Violations are as mandated by § 50.04(B) of this chapter and may consist of a criminal penalty of a Class I misdemeanor punishable by imprisonment for not more than 180 days, or a fine of up to $2,500, or both fine and imprisonment.
      (2)   Violations are as mandated by § 50.04(C) of this chapter and may consist of a criminal penalty of a Class I misdemeanor punishable by imprisonment for not more than 180 days, or a fine of up to $2,500, or both fine and imprisonment.
