(A) Officers. The Town Planning Commission shall elect a Chairperson, a Vice Chairperson and a Secretary, who shall serve until the first Monday of the next May after their election. The Secretary need not be a member of the Commission.
(B) Employees; compensation. The Commission may recommend that the Town Board of Trustees employ engineers, attorneys, clerks and other help it deems advisable to conduct any activities needed by the town regarding the construction, maintenance or repair of any structure located in the town. The Board shall establish the rate of any compensation required by this provision, which is to be paid from the General Fund of the town.
