§ 33.026 SECRETARY-TREASURER.
   The Secretary-Treasurer shall be responsible for, but not limited to:
   (A)   Calling the roll at the opening of each meeting;
   (B)   Keeping the minutes of each meeting;
   (C)   Collecting any money due to the Department by the members;
   (D)   Billing and processing all rural emergency calls made by the Department;
   (E)   Keeping attendance records of all members for all calls they attend;
   (F)   Maintaining all funds received, obtained, donated, earned, collected or otherwise in possession of the Department in a fund entitled “Quapaw Fire Department” and supplying the Town Board of Trustees with a monthly balance sheet showing all income and expenses for the month for its approval; and
   (G)   Other duties as assigned by the Fire Chief.
