§ 32.08 RULES OF THE COURT.
   (A)   Prescribed by Judge. The Judge may prescribe rules consistent with the laws of the state and with the ordinances of the town for the proper conduct of the business of the Court.
   (B)   Enforcement. Obedience to the orders, rules and judgments made by the Judge or by the Court may be enforced by the Judge, who may fine or imprison for contempt committed as to him or her while holding court, or committed against process issued by him or her, in the same manner and to the same extent as the district courts of the state.
