§ 10.02 ACCEPTANCE.
   The town code, as hereby presented in printed form, shall hereafter be received without further proof in all courts and in administrative tribunals of the state as the ordinances of the town of general and permanent effect, except for the excluded ordinances enumerated in § 10.19(A) of this chapter.
